Pacita Juan is the president of the Figaro Corporation & the incoming president of the League of Corporate Foundations. She finished BS Hotel & Restaurant Administration from the University of the Philippines. She has been at the helm of Figaro's domestic & international growth since it first opened 15 years ago.

Senen Bacani is the chairman and president of La Frutera, Inc. He was secretary of agriculture during the time of President Corazon Aquino. During his watch, the country was self-sufficient in rice, corn and sugar and they exported all three commodities in one year. After his stint in government, he co-founded a few agribusiness among which is La Frutera, Inc., the first large-scale banana plantation in ARMM. Mr. Bacani recently received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for 2006.

Bella Dorado Lechonsito is the community development and relations superintendent of Sagittarius Mines based in Tampakan. Bella has extensive knowledge and experience in community relations and community development. She used to be with the Department of Social Welfare and Development. She finished her postgraduate studies in the University of Wales. She crafted a sustainable development framework which is being used now by the South Cotabato government in partnership with LGUs and funding agencies such as the EU and the UNDP.
